Boot Camp

July 16-18, 2010 at EVENTFUL ACRES, Oregon House, CA

Get Ready for your next event, moving up a level, or that next rating in Pony Club with an intensive training weekend for you and your competition horse including one Dressage lesson, one stadium and gymnastics lesson, and 2 sessions of cross country schooling. Click here for schedule.

Not only will you and your horse have a chance to greatly improve competitively, there are also great games (with a chance to win our new "Monty Awards"), swimming, hay rides, wine tasting, and campfire entertainment!

Camp costs include your horse's stabling and grounds use fees, we've rented a kitchen so that campers can prepare their own meals to keep costs down, and four lessons with Earl and Jennifer McFall.

Your fee includes all of the fun of camping with your horse, playing games, riding at a beautiful facility, and hanging out with the fun-loving Dragonfire group without the charge of lessons. Camp costs include your horse's stabling and grounds use fees, plus a rented kitchen with refridgerator available for campers to cook their own meals.

Boot Camp Fee: $250 if payment received by June 1st. $300 if payment received on June 1st or later. Please specify group/riding level: 1. Elementary/Beginner Novice, 2. Novice, 3.Training, 4. Preliminary and Above

Non-Rider Fee: $10/day includes the grounds fee.

Checks need to be drawn to Dragonfire and sent along with a note of the rider's experience level.

*There are RVs that the facility owns that are available for rent for the weekend. Please check www.eventfulacres.net or call 530-692-0919 for more info. There is a $25 per day fee if you bring your own RV.

*Meals include lemonade and iced tea only. Please bring your own soda, beer or wine.

2:30 PM Group 1 gymnastics, Group 2 dressage

4:30 PM Lake

7:30 Dinner and wine tasting
